A luxury resort and villa apartments along the Kenyan coast where the Indian Ocean is present in all the apartments.

The project is a residential development located in the Southern coast of Kenya which will be built by phases, by adding building units.

The apartments are located in the landscape in such a way it can control the views and guarantee privacy. As a result, the building is shaped to allow for terraces and sea views in all apartments.

Water features are a very important part of the overall design and work as connecting pieces throughout the development. All of them will share the Beach Club, Spa, Water Sports Club, Kids Club and the Reception, all of them built in the first phase.
