A masterplan in Naivasha respectful with the animal corridors and its surrounding nature. Respecting the game flow was key for the design: Hippos night crossings, bird nestings, animal corridors, day and night refuges close to humans to avoid predators ,salt lick points, water spots.
An Eco-luxurious community in between lakes, on the istmo between Laka Naivasha and Lake Oloiden.
Allocating a clubhouse, spa and 20 houses of diverse typologies depending on its location.
