A residential project in the heart of Nairobi adapted to the existing slope and vegetation.

Venus Villas is a luxurious residential project of 6 standalone houses located in Lavington, Nairobi. The development is carefully designed to adapt the buildings to the existing slope and vegetation of the plot. The façades are designed to avoid crossed views between facing houses and to ensure privacy.

Each villa has its own private garden and parking, which has been conceived as one more room of the house with modern finishes and natural light from a central green courtyard. This courtyard goes through the 3 floors of the house and down to the basement to introduce natural light and ventilation into the bathrooms.

Sustainable strategies such as cross ventilation, solar-power for water heating, water recycling, tree planting, etc. are part of the project helping to reduce the impact and carbon footprint of the construction.
