By incorporating older aspects of a one-time traditional Swahili home such as the original walls, this newly-built house fits perfectly within architectural style of the surrounding village.

Centered in the main courtyard, a magnificent magnolia tree grows all along the façade up to the top of the House. A second courtyard, connected to the back of the building through the dining area, features a plunge pool. This open design provides proper ventilation and maximum light for the entire two stories. Here and there, Swahili décor and details provide the feeling of living in an authentic home.
